Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with OfferRun. This policy explains how refunds work for the prepaid balance you use with the Service at offer-run.com.
1. Prepaid balance
OfferRun is pay-as-you-go: you top up a prepaid balance in US dollars, and each AI action draws a small amount from it. Top-ups are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital-services contract. When you top up and ask us to begin providing the AI services immediately, and confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once you start using your balance, you expressly waive that right for any part of the balance you have used. Any unused balance remains refundable within 14 days under section 3 below.
3. Unused balance
If you have not used any of your balance, you may request a full refund of that top-up within 14 days of purchase. We refund it to your original payment method.
4. Once you start using your balance
As soon as you use any part of your balance for an AI action (generating a CV, cover letter, research, and similar), the top-up becomes non-refundable — including any amount still remaining. This is because the service is a digital product delivered the moment it is used. Please top up an amount you are comfortable spending.
5. How to request a refund
Email alexvap23@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, including the approximate date and amount of the top-up. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider (Monobank) to your original card and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Problems & exceptions
If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us — we will review and resolve eligible cases promptly, including outside the 14-day window where fair.
