Public Offer (Agreement) for Services

This document is an official public offer by Oleksandr Anatoliiovych Vapniaruk, Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП), registered in Ukraine (the "Provider"), to conclude a services agreement on the terms below with any legally capable individual (the "Customer") who accepts this offer. Services are provided via https://offer-run.com.

1. Definitions & general terms

Acceptance means the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by registering an account, topping up the balance, and/or using the Service. Acceptance is equivalent to concluding the agreement on these terms.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider supplies digital information services powered by artificial intelligence: tailoring CVs and cover letters, aggregating job listings, salary research, interview preparation, and related features. The list and pricing are on the Pricing page.

3. Price & payment

• The Service is pay-as-you-go: the Customer tops up a prepaid balance and each action draws from it. Minimum top-up is $5 USD; all prices are in US dollars.
• Card payments are processed via Monobank — the UAH equivalent is charged and the corresponding USD amount is credited to the balance.
• There are no subscriptions or automatic recurring charges.

4. Delivery / receipt of the service

Services are fully digital; there is no physical shipment. Access to paid features is granted instantly once the balance is credited. The result of each action (e.g. a generated CV in PDF) is produced within seconds to a few minutes and is immediately available in the Customer's account.

5. Rights & obligations

The Provider will supply services of proper quality and keep the Service operational. The Customer will provide accurate information, not use the Service unlawfully, and comply with the Terms of Service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, an integral part of this agreement.

7. Liability

Services are provided "as is". AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the Customer. The Provider does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for statutory consumer rights; where the Customer is a consumer, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to processing of their personal data to perform this agreement.

9. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force-majeure circumstances for the duration of such circumstances.

10. Term & other terms

The agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force until the parties fully perform their obligations. The Provider may amend the offer by publishing a new version with an updated date. The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. If the Customer is a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, which continue to apply.
