Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OfferRun (the "Service"), available at offer-run.com. OfferRun is operated by Oleksandr Anatoliiovych Vapniaruk, Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП), registered in Ukraine ("OfferRun", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OfferRun is a job-seeker toolkit that uses artificial intelligence to help you tailor CVs and cover letters, aggregate job listings, research salaries, and prepare for interviews. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Prepaid balance & payments

• The Service is pay-as-you-go. You add funds to a prepaid balance and each AI action draws from that balance.
• The minimum top-up is $5 USD. All prices are in US dollars.
• Card payments are processed by Monobank (internet acquiring). We do not store your full payment-card details.
• Your balance is non-transferable and has no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.
• There are no recurring charges or subscriptions; nothing is charged automatically without your action.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you have no right to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you upload (your CVs, profile, and other inputs) and of the documents the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers to generate your outputs.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models. AI output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for your review and editing. You are responsible for verifying any document before you use it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews, offers, or employment. AI output is not professional career, legal, or financial advice.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OfferRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory consumer rights. Where you are a consumer, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Unused balance at the time of deletion is handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, which continue to apply.
